So, with the reveal of Adventure Kingdom, I wanna talk about something I noticed right away: the artstyle.
It definitely takes from the anime, but there are some slight differences. Probably the one I noticed instantly were the outlines; they aren't black, but rather a darker shade of whatever colors that are used. I'm not saying this is bad, but I like to think it makes it distinct and that it also may not entirely be based on the anime.
Another difference I noticed is with Mametchi himself: notice something about the lighter shade on the pupils?
Yeah, definitely not the same positioning.
Speaking of eyes... here's something that really bothers me:
For some reason, they outlined the eyeshines on some of them (Memetchi and Lovelitchi specifically (the latter you can see on the promotional art used for Bandai Namco Mobile's Twitter banner).
