For some reason, my tamagotchi connection keeps saying it's dead. This only happens when I pay a game. It either runs out of battery right when I start playing the game, or when I get far into the game. I tried to replace the batteries multiple times but it still says it died. Each time, I take the battery out and put it back in and its fine. I press download to get my data back though. I also got it for my birthday, which was 2 weeks ago. Is there a solution? is it broken? is there any way I can return it for a new one? should I press restart instead of download to see if the games will work?
Keep in mind you have to play games so it doesn't get overweight, it gains 1 gram for a meal (to fill up its hunger bar) and 2 grams for a snack (to fill up its happiness bar) and I'm pretty sure the only other ways you can gain happiness is 1. snacks and 2. games. (the glitch part for me)
