Two new shells have been announced for the original Tamagotchi and Tamagotchi Angel, set to release in January 2026 (at least in Japan. International dates are unknown as of now).
The new shells include:

Tama Pajama (P2)
Angel Tea Time (Angel)
Angel Night Garden (Angel)
