Akitsugetchi is a small yellow bird with orange and pink markings on their wings and head. They have a pink beak and feet.

Akitsugetchi has the power to change the season of Mt. Tamao to autumn by flying over the area. In "Welcome Autumn! Akitsugetchi", he is late in coming to Mt. Tamao due to getting lost and distracted on the way there. Mametchi and his friends manage to call him over to the mountain through Mametchi's machine amplifying Melodytchi's violin performance of Happy Happy Harmony through the air. When he arrives, he greets Risutchi, explains why he was late, and flies over the mountain to change the season to autumn. Everyone then enjoys the sights.
