Am I Dreaming? A Mysterious E-mail (ゆめ?不思議なメール Yume? Fushigi na mēru) is part two of episode 26 of Tamagotchi!. It is the most recent episode to be dubbed in English and the last episode of 9Go!'s English dub produced by Bright Way Productions. The episode features the debut of Telelin, and also debuts the season 2 version of the opening and Moshimo☆Paradise for the Japanese version.

Synopsis[]

Lovelin notices that a mysterious email has arrived on her cell phone "Telelin". Wanting to know the meaning of it and its sender, she tries to consult Mametchi and the others.

Plot[]

After finishing a performance of Lovely Day in the park, Lovelin retreats back into the Lovelin Tour Bus and relaxes for a bit until Manenetchi tells her to change so they can film a shoot at TAMAX-TV. Feeling disappointed over having a busy schedule, she looks down until she receives an email from Lovepapalitchi encouraging her to not give up. She goes to change clothes, but comes back when her phone receives another email. Upon checking it, however, there is no email to show.

At night, Lovelitchi tucks into bed and receives a notification for an email. Like last time, the phone has no email to show and she worries that her phone might be defective. She flashes back to when she first got her phone: At a meal, her parents congratulate her on having a hit song. They gift her a new phone, saying that she can still talk to them while she's busy and they'll send lots of emails to her. She thanks them for the gift and promises to take good care of it. She then thinks of several names for her new phone before settling on "Telelin", a cross between Telephone and Lovelin. After the flashback, Lovelitchi promises Telelin that she'll find someone to fix them and goes back to sleep.

Elsewhere, Mametchi has a nightmare where he runs through a deep jungle as vines chase him. When they catch him, he wakes up and frowns, noting that he had the same nightmare again. At Lovelitchi's house, sparks start flying out of Telelin. The next morning, Lovelitchi bids her parents goodbye before realizing she forgot Telelin. When she goes back to get them, she is surprised at what she sees on their screen. At Tamagotchi School, Mametchi recounts his recurring nightmares to Kuchipatchi and Memetchi. Suddenly, they hear Lovelitchi yelling Kuchipatchi's name and see her running towards them. When she catches up, she shakes Kuchipatchi and asks if he's okay.

Once she calms down, she explains that she received a message asking for help from Kuchipatchi on Telelin. When she shows them her phone, they notice the Kuchipatchi of Truth on the screen and become shocked. She is relieved Kuchipatchi isn't in danger and the trio ask if she knew who the Kuchipatchi of Truth is. After she responds no, they huddle together to explain the events from last episode. She is shocked by what she learns, but then asks them if they can take her to see the Kuchipatchi of Truth too.

Later on, the group walks through Patchi Forest to get to the stone. They are suddenly stopped by Morikamitchi who tells them that they are the chosen ones selected by the Kuchipatchi of Truth. He then says that "he" is waiting for them up ahead and lets them pass through. They make it back to the clearing where the stone is found and call out to him with no response. Another email then appears on Telelin which asks them for help. The Kuchipatchi of Truth appears in front of them, opens their mouth, and sucks them in as they scream.

Lovelitchi wakes up to discover that she's in the same jungle from Mametchi's nightmare and that her friends are missing. She calls out for them, but receives no response which discourages her. Suddenly, she hears a voice telling her not to give up and turns around to see it's from Telelin who is now sentient. Lovelitchi yells out in surprise that Telelin can talk.
