Anko in Japanese means Anglerfish.

Ankotchi is an orange fish with an antenna on their head topped with a circular light.
Personality[]
A very honest child that lives at the bottom of the sea. During this time, it seems that they have found a sea vein with juice. Since they have never seen land, they hear from Chigyotchi that "land is made of pudding" and have a wrong admiration for land.

Ankotchi is one of the various Sakanatchi that can be found in the lake near the UFO base during the day once Mikachu gains access to the submarine after winning a camera at the lottery. As with all Sakanatchi in the game, Ankotchi cannot be raised. However, Mikachu can obtain its records by taking a photo of it.
