Baby Mothra will hatch from the egg five minutes after the clock is set and always evolves into Mothra Larva, either after 50-59 minutes or 100-109 minutes.
Baby Mothra loses one hungry heart every five minutes and a happy heart every six minutes, poops every 25 minutes - though it is usually only able to do so twice before evolution, take a five-minute nap after half an hour and get sick once. Its weight is 5 tons and will not increase, regardless of what it's fed. It can technically be fed 21 snacks to become immortal, but it does not function due to the mechanics of the baby stage.
