Chubby Angel (ぷくてん Pukuten) is an adult-stage Angel Tamagotchi who debuted on the Tamagotchi Angel.
Name Origin[]
Its Japanese name comes from the phrase "pukupuku" which means "swelling/swollen", in this case referencing Chubby Angel's head.
Appearance[]
Chubby Angel has a large head with two tiny eyes. In vintage artwork it wears a blue shirt, but in modern artwork its shirt is yellow. It has long arms and tiny feet, as well as white wings and a yellow halo.
Personality[]
Its hobby is collecting hats, but it can rarely find a hat that actually fits its head. It blows on a toy whistle when it prays. It's speculated that it's related to Chubby Deviltchi, due to their similar large heads and weights. It has a secret desire to one day wear a turtleneck sweater.

Chubby Angel evolves from Takotchi Angel with 40+ TP/AP, and can evolve further into the Twin Angels if 0-2 care mistakes are made as Chubby Angel (care mistakes reset on evolution). It wakes at 10 AM, sleeps at 9 PM, and its maximum AP is 60.

Chubby Angel is a non-raisable character exclusive to the 15th Anniversary version. They appear when the player's Tamagotchi visits Tenshitchi Capital.

In the episode "Buttamage Tenshitchi" from Anime TV de Hakken!! Tamagotchi, Chubby Angel is one of three Angels that escorts the new Obaketchi (a recently deceased Ginjirotchi) to the Tenshitchi Capital.
Kind & Polite! Tenshitchi's Official Training[]
Chubby Angel appears in Kind & Polite! Tenshitchi's Official Training during the "Training Classroom" segment where Professor Banzo teaches Mikachu how to raise a Tamagotchi Angel. They also appear in "Prayer Hour" as one of Tamagotchi being shown off. They additionally appear at the finale segment with the other Angeltchi on a stage.

In "Spice Things Up!", Chestnut Angel, Chubby Angel, and Lucky Unchi-Kun take Kuchipatchi up after he dies from eating badly made food and not making it to the bathroom in time. However, it's later shown that he survived and only made a lot of poop. In "A Brand New Life", Chestnut Angel and Chubby Angel take Kuchipatchi up to Tenshitchi Capital after he dies for real.

Chubby Angel evolves from Tamatchi Angel and Takotchi Angel with 4-7 stress.

Chubby Angel is an obtainable companion in Tamagotchi Party from the Angel Tamagotchi Gasha machine, and its possible skills are Impact, Sustain and Distract. It appears as a 2D sprite and can only wear head and face accessories.
