Personality[]
Detective Gozarutchi assists Detective Anpan with cases, generally acting as a second pair of eyes for him and reporting anything he sees. He has quick agility, being able to move fast and jump from place to place.

Detective Gozarutchi first appears in "Stop Right There! Thief Papillon!", staking out Waru Cafe with Detective Anpan before receiving a notice from the police force about Thief Papillon preparing to steal from Boss Madeleine Kirie Dotchine. In "Which One? Thief Papillon Again", he jumps down into a police meeting to show a note from Thief Papillon, stating her intent to steal a treasure from Boss Madeleine's museum. When Papillon appears at the museum, Detective Anpan has him watch the monitors in the security room to see where she went.
Gozarutchi wears his Detective costume in "Watch for Mametchi's Secrets de Gozaru!" when investigating Mametchi with Kuchipatchi.
Detective Gozarutchi goes undercover as a girl in "Slapstick Included! Detective Anpan" to blend in at a royal ball where Thief Papillon is suspected to strike. Police Officer Memetchi tries to teach him and other members of the team to act feminine so their disguises are more convincing, but ends up yelling at them when they can't follow her.
