Morikamitchi (もりかみっち Morikamitchi) is an elusive male Tamagotchi character that lives in the Patchi Forest. He has made appearances in Tamagotchi! anime series and in the Tamagotchi Connection: Corner Shop games. He is not raisable on any Tamagotchi versions, but appears on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 5 as a 'rare' item.
Name Origin[]
"Mori" means forest, presumably as in Patchi Forest, and "Kami" means god. Therefore, Morikami means god of the forest.
Appearance[]
Morikamitchi is stout and deep green with a bushy beard. He has small black eyes and his mouth is hidden by his beard. He has a tiny bit of wavy hair on his head.
Personality[]
Morikamitchi is the god of the Patchi Forest. He doesn't talk much and likes to bath in hot springs. He often hides in the trees and disappears without a trace.

A statue of Morikamitchi can be purchased for 600 Gotchi Points after visiting the Patchi Forest on e-Tamago. Using it fills one Happy heart and increases Kindness by 1. This souvenir can also be acquired on the Ura Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus.

Let's Go! Tamagotchi[]
Morikamitchi appears at the end of "A Day in the Patchi Forest". When night falls, he wakes up Kuchipatchi in the hot spring and points him to look up at the night sky.
Tamagotchi![]
Morikamitchi speaks words of wisdom. For example, in the episode Kuromametchi Finds His Coolness, Morikamitchi helps Kuromametchi out of the water when he almost drowns. As if knowing Kuromametchi was on a quest for coolness, Morikamitchi tells him, "Even the little rivers can transform into a big ocean."
Morikamitchi is also the one who guided Mametchi, Memetchi, Kuchipatchi, and Lovelitchi when the Kuchipatchi of Truth called for them in "Am I Dreaming? A Mysterious E-mail". A young version of him appears in "Time Slip! Jungle Tamagotchi Planet", pointing Kuchipatchi and Memetchi towards Gotchi King Castle to guide them towards Mametchi and Lovelitchi.
GO-GO Tamagotchi![]
Morikamitchi appears as a minor character. In the last episode of the anime, "Laughing, Laughing, Another Gottsun!", he is seen in Patchi Forest singing along to the special performance of Happy Happy Harmony.

Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom[]
Morikamitchi appears in Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom as a NPC. He can be met in Patchi Forest where he will introduce Mametchi to the Campfire mechanic. As long as a campfire in an area is lit, Mametchi can rest at one to regain energy and use it as a fast travel point. Morikamitchi will light the first campfire for Mametchi.
