Bokutchi (ぼくっち Bokutchi) is a male adult Tamagotchi character that debuted on the Tamagotchi iD L.
Name Origin[]
Boku (ぼく) is a Japanese word for "I" used by males, which explains Bokutchi's selfish personality.
Appearance[]
Bokutchi has a light pink face with round eyes, thick black eyebrows, and pink cheeks. He usually has his teeth clenched. He wears a pale purple suit with a red ribbon. The top of his head is pale purple as well, and it may be a hat or a bowl haircut.
Personality[]
Bokutchi is selfish and greedy. He loves money and often thinks about food.

In the Anime[]
Tamagotchi![]
Bokutchi first appears in "New Members? To Class Suddenly" where he enrolls in Tamagotchi School with other Tamagotchi iD L characters. He is placed into Mr. Turtlepedia's class with Chamametchi and Kikitchi. He has a main role in "Getting Heated! Class Committee Election" where he is convinced by Imotchi to run for the class representative against Kikitchi. Bokutchi manages to gain the support of half his class with some of them being intimidated into being on his side by Imotchi. However, he loses to Kikitchi in the end when Mr. Turtlepedia picks them as class representative, having made his decision before class started that morning.
In "Fearful Kikitchi's Big Training!" Bokutchi asks Kikitchi if it's true that he's too scared to go to the bathroom at night. Kikitchi angrily refutes it, but a flashback shows it to be true. In "Fashion! The Best? Eggs of Style" Bokutchi is turned into an egg by the Eggification curse. He loses the will to race against Kikitchi and ends up counting his steps to the finish line instead with Atsuatsutchi and Sabusabutchi. He is returned to normal in "The Power of the Bond".
