MC Puppetchi (ＭＣ ぱぺっち MC Papetchi) is a character that debuted in the Tamagotchi! anime. On virtual pets, he appeared as a NPC on the Tamagotchi iD L.
Name Origin[]
MC stands for "Master of Ceremonies", typically used to refer to a host of an entertainment program. Puppet refers to the hand puppets he usually has with him.
Appearance[]
MC Puppetchi has a humanoid body type with a large head, beady eyes, and a yellow beak, with a unibrown and a green leaf on top of his head. He wears a pink suit with a green tie and light blue pants. He is often seen holding two puppets, which both have light blue heads, poofy yellow hair, pink dresses, and yellow wing-like arms. The left-hand puppet wears a red scarf, and the right-hand puppet wears a blue scarf.
Personality[]
MC Puppetchi is a talented puppeteer and MC, but sometimes he can't help losing control of his puppet act when the discussion heats up. He often says "Come on!" in English when introducing the next contestant in Sparkling Tamamori Heaven.

MC Puppetchi is an MC working for TAMAX-TV. He works as the MC for the popular TV show Sparkling Tamamori Heaven.
He debuts in the episode "Sparkling! Tamamori Heaven!" where he is seen hosting the show for the first time. At the last round, his puppets get into an argument over who should win and end up flying away from MC Puppetchi, leaving him to host the rest of the show by himself. When Sparkling Tamamori Heaven travels around to different locations, he travels with the TV crew and hosts the show with Moriritchi.
In "Dream Co-star? Gotchiman vs Detective Anpan" he is upset and confused when Black Hat starts trashing the set he is on, due to reading a script that Madonnatchi and Herotchi messed with to sabotage the GOTCHIMAN show. In "Drama Special Gotchi Vampire Detective?" he plays a civilian who is mistaken by the detectives to be dead. However, it's revealed that he was just taking a nap.
