Cameratchi (カメラっち Kameratchi) is a male Tamagotchi character who debuted in Tamagotchi: The Movie. He works at TAMAX-TV.
Name Origin[]
Cameratchi is based of the English word "Camera", an instrument that captures an image or video.
Appearance[]
Cameratchi resembles a camera with 'TAMAX-TV' written in white letters on the side of his head. He has a small turtle-like Tamagotchi on his head called Senior Turtletchi.
Personality[]
Cameratchi's entire body is a camera, and his wheels let him travel around Tamagotchi Town and between different sets. Senior Turtletchi, who sits on his head, helps give him directions where to look. He is a big fan of Lovelin and enjoys filming her shows.

Cameratchi works at TAMAX-TV with Senior Turtletchi, filming and recording various shows.
He joins Lovelin and her friends when they sail to a wild island to film a treasure hunting show in "A Reality Show! The New Tama Challenge / Escaping From The Mysterious Island". After an incident with soap bubbles leaves him dizzy, Senior Turtletchi suggests that he take a break back at the boat. However, the boat is discovered to have floated away from the island and the TV crew gets into a lifeboat to row back to it so they can retrieve Lovelin and her friends who are forced to stay behind on the island.
In "Stay Close! Melodytchi's 24 Hours", Cameratchi, TamaPtchi, and ADtchi try to follow Melodytchi around so they can film what her day is like. However, Melodytchi forgets she was being filmed and wanders away from them, leaving the TV crew going all over town to find her.
