Guruguru Town was accessible on the Tamatown websites for the Chou Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus/Ura Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus and the Tamagotchi Connection Version 4/4.5.
On the Entama and Uratama, it can be visited with a Guruguru Town Ticket (consuming it upon logging out) or a UFO, both of which can be bought at Tamatama Market or Uratama Market. Mame City offers four souvenirs for sale - Guruguru Cellphones for 450G, Guruguru Irons for 440G, Guruguru Flowers for 250G and Guruguru Cafe Mugs for 600G. All of these items yield one happy heart and one Style point when used.
In the V4/V4.5 version, players could visit the Artistic Work Building and the Convenience Store. The 'Jug of Milk' and 'Smoothie' souvenirs could be obtained at the Convenience Store, which could then appear on the player's device if they entered a code.

Guruguru Town is one of the playable boards in Tamagotchi: Party On!. Its character encounters include Princess Tamako (who gives any players who stop on her tile a 50% discount on their next shop).

- Guruguru (ぐるぐる) in Japanese means “spinning around and round” which refers to how most of the inhabitants of the town have some sort of swirly feature to them.
