Hohotchi (ほほっち) is a Costume character that debuted on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 3.
Appearance[]
Hohotchi appears to wear some sort of mask covering its upper face, and its right ear is slightly longer than the left ear. Hohotochi somewhat resembles an owl.

Hohotchi can only be obtained when an adult characters wears the Rare Costume, a special item obtained once the user has put all seven secret codes into the shop. Once worn, the Tamagotchi will stay as Hohotchi until they fall asleep. Hohotchi will maintain the same sleeping hours, base weight, idle animation pattern, and food and item preferences of the Tamagotchi wearing the costume.
Unlike the Nyatchi Costume item, the Hohotchi costume is not consumed upon use and therefore can be used perpetually.
Name Origin[]
Hohotchi's name may originate from the English word "hoot", or hoo, the onomatopoeia for the sound of an owl hooting.
