In the Anime[]
Tamagotchi![]
Forwardtchi appears in episode 29. He pays a special visit to the Tamagotchi School. The students admire him, especially Kuromametchi. Ms. Perfect's class invites him to play a game of soccer with them. Forwardtchi plays against them, and his skills impress everyone. He is very quick and agile, and in the first round he scores a goal without anyone being able to steal the ball from him. In the second round, Kuromametchi manages to get the ball from him and scores a goal. Forwardtchi compliments him, which makes Kuromametchi happy. At the end of the episode, Forwardtchi takes Kuromametchi to the Tama World Cup.
GO-GO Tamagotchi![]
Forwardtchi appears in episode 12. He meets up with Kuromametchi before the game, and cheers for his team.
Name Origin[]
Forwardtchi's name comes from the English word 'forward'. Given that he is a soccer player, this could perhaps reference a forward player or a forward pass.
