Gachikoi Ponpoko (ガチ恋 ぽんぽこっち Gachikoi Ponpokotchi) is a female adult-stage Tamagotchi who debuted on the Tamagotchi Uni through the PokoPea Land location download. She is an alternate form of the Vtuber, Ponpoko.
Name Origin[]
Gachikoi Ponpoko's name comes from gachikoi (がちこい), which refers to the phenomenon where fans feel a direct and often parasocial love for celebrities beyond simple admiration. When the alternate model for Ponpoko first appeared, many fans were shouting "I love you" in her chat, which lead to it being named "Gachikoi Ponpoko". Additionally, her Japanese name has the usual -tchi suffix at the end.
Appearance[]
Gachikoi Ponpoko is similar to Ponpoko, but with a few differences: her eyes are more detailed, with bigger pupils and additional highlights, and her haircut is different, less resembling a bob cut and having layered bangs. She also wears a different outfit consisting of a pink hoodie with white drawstrings, a dark undershirt, a dark skirt, and white shoes. She has the same body proportions, as well as the same ears and tail.

Gachikoi Ponpoko is a raisable female adult exclusive to the PokoPea Land DL Area via the Tama Portal in the Tamaverse. She can be obtained from any female teen by feeding the Beetle Parfait snack the most out of any other DLC content.
