Game Center (My Town)

The Game Center is a location in My Town. It appears on the Tamagotchi m!x and Tamagotchi On.

Appearance

The Game Center seems to be located within the Tamagotchi Department Store as the Tamagotchi goes directly to the room from the store menu. The Game Center in the m!x has a green wall with orange stripes along with a red and purple checker floor. Arcade machines, star decorations, posters, and a carousel can be seen in the background.

The Game Center in the On has a blue and pink striped wall with a red and orange striped floor. Arcade machines, a bus ride, toy airplane, and tree can be seen in the background. There is also a red banner near the front saying GAME.

On Virtual Pets

On both the Tamagotchi m!x and On, Tamastetchi will greet the Tamagotchi and tell them that they can play games to earn gotchi points. There are two games available which differ depending on the version. Two more games can be downloaded into the Game Center from m!x or Meets stations.

Tamagotchi m!x

Melody & Spacy

• Rainbow Painter: The player will be presented a rainbow and three paint buckets. When one of the rainbow's colors disappears, the user must select the right color or color combination to repaint the missing color. Pressing A scrolls the paintbrush over the buckets, and B selects a color. The paint bucket must be selected twice for primary colors (red, blue, and yellow), while secondary colors (orange, purple, and green) require selecting the two colors to mix together. If the user selects the wrong color, the rainbow will disappear, ending the game. The user must paint the rainbow correctly ten times for a perfect game.
• Star Catch: Stars and UFOs will move slowly from the top of the screen to the bottom, and when the word "CATCH!" appears, the user must press either A (left) or B (right) to catch the object that begins to fall. The button must be pressed once for stars and twice for UFOs. If the button isn't pressed in time, or the wrong button is pressed, the game is over. The player must catch 10 times for a perfect game.

20th Anniversary

• ★20th★Party Ball: The Tamagotchi will have a choice between 3 party balls to pull on. Picking the right ball will shower the Tamagotchi in confetti while picking the wrong ball will drop a bathtub on their head instead. There are five rounds, but picking the wrong ball ends the game.
• Best★Shot: The user controls a royal servant taking pictures of a Tamagotchi parade in the town. There is a bar on top of the screen with a blue, orange, and red section. The user must stop the cursor when it's in the red section to take a perfect photo. There are five rounds.

Dream

• Dance♪Session: The Tamagotchi will in a dance class with Miraitchi, Clulutchi, and Mr. Micchi. A thought bubble showing a left or right arrow will appear and the user must press A (left) or B (right) button in time to match the arrow's direction. As the game advances, two arrows will appear meaning the user must press a button twice. The game ends if a button isn't pressed in time or a wrong button is pressed. 10 correct selections are a perfect game.
• Dream Match: The Tamagotchi will be standing in front of 15 flowers which will briefly show what's behind them (7 pairs of Dream School characters and 1 Spacytchi). The flowers will hide their contents again and the user must select the flowers hiding characters with matching designs while avoiding Spacytchi which will end the game.

Gift

• ♥Wrapping♥: The Tamagotchi will be wrapping up a present. The user has 12 seconds to mash the A button as much as they can to fill the meter. After 12 seconds, the Tamagotchi will wrap up the present and its quality will depend on how full the meter is.
• Russian★Choux: The Tamagotchi will have a choice between 3 Russian Choux (cream puffs) on the table. The right choux will have a strawberry inside which the Tamagotchi will eat. The wrong choux will be filled with hot peppers which makes the Tamagotchi breathe fire and cry. There are five rounds, but picking the wrong choux ends the game.

Sanrio

• Strawberry Cards: The Tamagotchi will be standing in front of 15 cards which will briefly show what's behind them (7 pairs of sanrio characters and 1 Kuromi). The cards will hide their contents again and the user must select the cards hiding characters with matching designs while avoiding Kuromi which will end the game.
• Gudetama Catch: Gudetama will show a picture of himself on a thought bubble and the user must catch the corresponding picture on a plate they control. Pressing A will move it left and pressing B will move it right. There are 10 rounds, but making a mistake will end the game.

Tamagotchi On

Fairy & Magic

• Surfing: The Tamagotchi will appear standing on a surfboard in the ocean, with an empty meter above it. The user will have about 12 seconds to press the A button as much as they can to fill a meter. Filling the meter completely wins the game. The more full the meter is, the better the Tamagotchi will surf; a full meter results in it successfully riding a big wave.

• Dolphin: The Tamagotchi will stand on a dock with three piers. Dolphintchi and Sharktchi will swim towards the three piers, and the user must move their Tamagotchi up (pressing A) and down (pressing B) the three piers to collect presents from Dolphintchi and avoid Sharktchi. Missing a present from Dolphintchi or getting too close to Sharktchi ends the game, and 15 ends as a perfect game.

Pastel

• Bunny: The Tamagotchi is standing between two bushes looking for a bunny hiding behind them. A thought bubble will appear with left or right arrows and the user must press left (A button) or right (B button) to match the arrow's direction.
• Egg Match: The Tamagotchi will be standing in front of 15 bushes which will briefly show what's behind them (14 eggs and 1 bunny). The bushes will hide their contents again and the user must select the bushes hiding eggs with matching designs while avoiding selecting the bunny which will end the game.

Sanrio

• Quiz: Hello Kitty will ask the Tamagotchi questions related to sanrio characters. Each round will have 3 questions.
• Sanrio Match: The Tamagotchi will be standing in front of 15 lilypads in a pond which will briefly show what's behind them (7 pairs of sanrio characters and 1 kuromi). The lilypads will hide their contents again and the user must select the lilypads hiding characters with matching designs while avoiding Kuromi which will end the game.

Fantasy & Wonder Garden

• Library: Otogitchi will check out books to a royal servant. The servant will gain and give back books during a round and the user must answer how many books they have overall at the end of the round. The game ends when the incorrect number is given or ends perfectly after three correct rounds.

• Dressmaker: The Tamagotchi is standing next to a mannequin and they have an empty meter above them. The user has 12 seconds to mash the A button as much as they can to fill the meter. After 12 seconds, the tamagotchi will create a dress and its quality will depend on how full the meter is.

Sweets

• Taiyaki: The Tamagotchi will be running a taiyaki stand and royal servants will come up to buy some. A thought bubble will pop up above the tamagotchi showing an arrow and the user must press left (A button) or right (B button) to match its direction.
• Strawberry: The Tamagotchi will be in front of three conveyor belts delivering various desserts while holding a basket of strawberries. They must top the desserts with strawberries by standing in front of the conveyor belt with the dessert as it reaches the end. Pressing the B button will move the tamagotchi to the next belt.
