Gotchimotchi (ごっちもっち Gotchimotchi) is a male adult character that first appeared in the anime Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream. He was released as a raisable character on the Tamagotchi P's.
Name Origin[]
Gotchi (ごっち) relates to the Tamagotchi currency, Gotchi Points, which he is supposed to resemble a bag of. The mo (も) therefore presumably means "money". It may also be a variation on "kanemochi" (金持ち rich person), literally "with money", but changed to "with gotchi (points)".
Appearance[]
Gotchimotchi's head is designed to resemble a bag of Gotchi Points, with Gotchi Point symbols on his cheeks. He wears a blue shirt, white pants and a red bow tie.
Personality[]
Gochimotchi is friendly and polite. He loves Tama Pets and knows a lot about them. Tama Pets also love to spend time with Gochimotchi since he is so kind to them. Gochimotchi is friends with many Tama Pets, including ones that live in the forest that surrounds his home. He is very rich, living in a large mansion and having his own limosine. He also has a big yard in which all his Tama Pets can play in.

Gotchimotchi is obtained by giving Cosmotchi 3-7 care misses, and by having the 'Intelligence' personality. His puzzle piece items are the Fried Tofu, the Star costume, and the Scissor set.

Gotchimotchi is a background character. He is in the Tama Pet class at Dream School.
Tamagotchi! Miracle Friends[]
Gochimotchi plays a more important role. He discovered the Greenbakutchi and, over time, he became great friends with it. Miraitchi and Clulutchi eventually found out that Gochimotchi had the Greenbakutchi and so they told him that it was from the future and explained why they needed it. Gochimotchi agreed to give the Greenbakutchi back to Miraitchi and Clulutchi.
