Guriguritchi (ぐりぐりっち Guriguritchi) is an adult male Tamagotchi character who debuted on the Tamagotchi iD L and later appeared in the Tamagotchi! anime.

Name Origin[]

Guriguri is Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound of rolling or turning. Additionally, donguri is Japanese for "acorn".

Appearance[]

Guriguritchi resembles an acorn. He has an orange body with an orange-yellow face, and he has a dark brown cap with two green leaves on the side. He has short, dark brown arms and legs.

In the anime, he has brown irises, his body is light-brown, and his face is golden yellow.

Personality[]

Guriguritchi lives deep in the forest with his many younger siblings. He's a joyful type who loves to dance, but because he and his family look like food, he can be really aggressive and protective of them.

Guriguritchi evolves from Happabouyatchi with five care mistakes. In the 15th Anniversary version of the iD L, Guriguritchi evolves from Young Oyajitchi with five care mistakes.

Guriguritchi appears as a NPC on the Tamagotchi m!x. They can be encountered at Patchi Forest.

Guriguritchi appears as a minor character who lives in Patchi Forest with his siblings. He has a main role in "Rolling! Guriguritchi of Patchi Forest" where he and his family act aggressive towards Beartchi due to him mistaking one of his siblings as food. After many attempts to get them to trust Beartchi, Mametchi and friends finally help them get along after Melodytchi plays a song to get them to calm down and Beartchi gets a chance to properly apologize.

In "A Mysterious Photo of Patchi Forest?", Telelin, Pashalin, and their friends encounter Guriguritchi and their family while exploring Patchi Forest.

GO-GO Tamagotchi![]

Guriguritchi briefly appears in "Laughing, Laughing, Another Gottsun!" during the special performance of Happy Happy Harmony.
