GuruguruParktchi is a pink Tamagotchi with a round head. He has purple curly hair, purple eyebrows, round eyes with green pupils that contain pink swirls, and freckles. He wears a red hat with a yellow stripe decorated with a candy cane along with a red suit over a white and blue shirt. He also has a yellow bowtie with swirls and red pants.

GuruguruParktchi is the eccentric owner of Guruguru Park. He is in charge of making sure the rides run properly and wants everyone to have a good time. He is shown to be an emotional Tamagotchi, expressing his distress of the park rides being broken by screaming and crying while also expressing his happiness by cheering out loud.
