Hanafuwatchi (はなふわっち Hanafuwatchi) is a female adult character that debuted in the anime Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream. On the virtual pets, she debuted on the Tamagotchi P's in Japan and on the Tamagotchi Friends internationally. Initially she was introduced as an NPC on all devices since her debut, but she was made a raisable adult on the Tamagotchi Friends: Dream Town Digital Friend.
Name Origin[]
Hana is the Japanese word for flower. Fuwa is short for furawa, which is a transliteration of the English word flower. Hanafuwatchi literally means "Flowerflowertchi". However, fuwa may also come from the Japanese term fuwafuwa, meaning light and fluffy.
Appearance[]
Hanafuwatchi has a green body with white lace around her neck. Her face is yellow, and she has green hair with a white four-petal flower on the right. On the top of her head is a large pink blossom which changes to match her mood.
Personality[]
Hanafuwatchi's flowers on her head change to show her emotions. She is in the sewing class at Dream School, and is good friends with her classmate, Amiamitchi.
