Teen Stage What levels of care for toddler to teen growth mean depends on generation. For first generation, good care means 0-3 care mistakes for both categories and bad care means 4 or more care mistakes for at least one category. For subsequent generations, good care means 0-3 (Tiers 1 and 2) or 0-5 (Tier 3) care mistakes in at least one category and bad care means 4 or more (Tiers 1 and 2) or 6 or more (Tier 3) care mistakes for both categories.
