Hatenatchi (はてなっち) is a baby-stage character that debuted on the Chou Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus. It is the sole baby of the Hatena Group. Its Ura Tamagotchi counterpart is Bikkuritchi.
Name Origin[]
Its name comes from the Japanese words hatenama-ku which means "question mark", hence its appearance.
Appearance[]
It resembles a question mark with a pair of eyes. The hole in its center serves as its mouth, and the dot below acts like a foot.
Personality[]
It's full of secrets right from birth and no one can guess what kind of Tamagotchi it'll grow into.

Hatenatchi is a special baby that is born when any adult uses a Dating Card. There are three cards, and each one can be obtained from connecting the Entama to a TamaStation and playing the TamaCup game. The chances of obtaining a dating card is 1 in 5. As the TamaStation is no longer available, the only way to obtain a Dating Card is through code manipulation.
After the parent leaves, Hatenatchi will evolve one hour after being named. Depending on which card was used, Hatenatchi can evolve into either Meganetchi (Card 1), Getatchi (Card 2), or Okutchi (Card 3).
