Hinatchi (ひなっち Hinatchi) is a teen character that debuted on the Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus in Japan and the Tamagotchi Connection Version 2 internationally.
Appearance
Hinatchi resembles a small grey bird or penguin with shiny round eyes, yellow feet and beak, and a yellow shape on its head which may be hair.
Personality
Hinatchi is small and quick, and usually hangs out with Nikatchi. For some reason he thinks that he has the ability to fly, so every day he practices flying.
On Virtual Pets
Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus
Hinatchi appears in even generations with bad care. It can become Mametchi, Kuchipatchi, Dorotchi, or Kurokotchi. It sleeps from 9 PM to 10 AM.
Tamagotchi Connection Version 2 and 3
Hinatchi is one of three teen characters obtained through good care on even generations. It can only be obtained from Kuribotchi/Kuchitamatchi and Mohitamatchi/Kuchitamatchi. On both versions, its favorite food is cheese pizza. On the Version 2, it dislikes pepperoni pizza. On the Version 3, it dislikes corn. Hinatchi sleeps from 8 PM to 9 AM.
Name Origin
Hina (雛) is Japanese for "small bird" or "chick".
Trivia
- In a Tamagotchi Station game, it is hinted that Hinatchi was a male in a boys' card. This would later be confirmed as its gender on the 15th Anniversary Poll.
