Ikue Ōtani (大谷 育江 Ōtani Ikue, born August 18, 1965, age 57) is a Japanese actress, voice actress and narrator. Although born in Tokyo, she grew up in the Niigata Prefecture. Her debut was in the 1986 anime adaptation of the Ganbare, Kickers! manga as Kiyoshi Hara. Since then, she has played numerous female and male roles in a variety of anime, films, and video games. She is attached to the talent management agency Mausu Promotion.
