Kinakomotchi (きなこもっち Kinakomotchi) is a child Tamagotchi who appears on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 1 and Version 2. They have no specific gender.

Appearance

Kinakomotchi resembles a kinako mochi: a Japanese rice cake treat dusted in sugar and roasted soybean flour, giving it a similar color to Kinakomotchi's skin. They have a large bump on their head with a bruise mark, made to resemble how the sticky rice mixture (that mochi is made out of) sticks up in the air while it is being pounded with a wooden mallet. (Mochiusatchi also shares this design trait for her ears.)

Kinakomotchi also has a lop-sided face with two small eyes, peach-colored cheeks, and a mouth that is usually open.

Personality

More active than Marutchi; Kinakomotchi loves to jump. A jealous type. When they get overexcited, the bump on their head inflates. They take pride in their skin.

Tamagotchi Connection V1 and V2

In Version 1, Babytchi and ShiroBabytchi will evolve into Kinakomotchi from the second generation onwards if born to either Mametchi or Mimitchi. With good care, Kinakomotchi will evolve into Ichigotchi on odd-numbered generations and Young Mimitchi on even-numbered generations. Subpar care will result in it evolving into Hinotamatchi or Oniontchi depending on the generation. Kinakomotchi's unique meal is a bowl of rice and its unique snack is a piece of candy, which along with their connection item, they share with Marutchi and the four teenagers.

In Version 2, Petitchi and ShiroPetitchi may evolve into Kinakomotchi from the second generation onwards if born to two first or second-tier adults. Kinkomotchi sleeps from 8pm to 9am, has a base weight of 10lb. Its favorite food is pineapple and it dislikes French fries.

Etymology
