King Kikitchi debuted in "Don Transform! Henshin Jo / Unite! Three Hell Devil Sisters" where he is introduced as the ruler of the Banana Kingdom. He and the royal court watch Musha Gozarutchi fight against Patchizaurusu who is attacking the Banana Kingdom. When Gozarutchi is defeated, King Kikitchi summons Prince Mametchi, Metal KuroMametchi, and Magical Flower to fight against him next.
In "Ohohoho! The Three Hell Devil Sisters Again", King Kikitchi receives a message from Jigoku Queen stating that they have captured Magical Flower and will harm her unless the Banana Kingdom is given to them. Unwilling to submit to her demand, he sends other heroes to rescue her though it later turns out to be a trap to capture them instead. In "Falling Out? Three Hell Devil Sisters", Jigoku Queen comes to his castle to ask if he can share the Banana Kingdom with her. He turns down the offer, but allows her and her sisters to stay in the castle as they wanted to join the Banana Kingdom. However, the sisters fight amongst themselves and damage the castle and hurt King Kikitchi in the process. He eventually begs them to stop and gives them their own room at the castle to calm them down.
