Kirari Hatter is a combination of "Kirari" from Kiraritchi and "Hatter" from the Mad Hatter, a character from Alice in Wonderland that Kirari Hatter is based on.
Appearance[]
Kirari Hatter wears a dark purple coat with a big red bow along with black boots. She has red heart and black spade hair accessories with a purple top hat in her artwork. A heart red and black spade also adorn her face. She carries around a white tea pot striped with red and black colors.

Kirari Hatter is a NPC exclusive to the Fantasy and Wonder Garden versions of the On. She can be encountered at Wonder Garden where she can be befriended and married. Kirari is able to pass on every part of her body except the top hat she wears. Her favorite item is the Unicycle.
