Appearance[]
Kuchipatchi has a round, green, jelly bean-like body with two large lips, beady eyes, stubby arms and legs, and light pea green cheeks (which were added in the Connection era). On the Tamagotchi L.i.f.e. app, he can also be pink or yellow.
Personality[]
Kuchipatchi has a carefree and gentle nature. He is mild and lazy, but very romantic and a daydreamer. He sometimes cheats if playing games. He has a supersized passion for food, especially Tama-Donuts, and he also loves to take naps. He also loves relaxing in hot springs and will sometimes sleep in one.
Kuchipatchi tends to say "datchi" at the end of most of his sentences and uses the word in exclamation as well. In the English dub of the anime, he instead says "tchi" at the end of his sentences and "Ya-tchi!" when he's excited or agreeing with someone. In the Tamagotchi Friends webseries, he goes back to saying "datchi".
In the anime series, Kuchipatchi has the ability to stretch his body. In dangerous situations, other Tamagotchis have stretched him out to use him as an impromptu trampoline or slide to catch falling Tamagotchis. He also has the ability to bounce like a rubber ball, but is unable to stop bouncing until someone stops him.
