Kujack Jack (クジャック・ジャック Kujakku Jakku), also known as Peacock Jack or simply Jack, is a peacock-like Tamagotchi, referred to as a "tama-peacock", who first appeared in Episode 7 of Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream. He makes minor appearances in the anime, usually with Tropicatchi.
Name Origin[]
Kujack Jack is a combination of the Japanese word kujaku (孔雀), meaning peacock, and the male given name Jack. Jack may be part of his name because in Japanese it is pronounced as jakku, which sounds like part of kujaku.
Appearance[]
Kujack Jack has the appearance of a peacock. He has green, dark green and orange feathers and a blue, yellow and green body. Kujack Jack also has dark round eyes, a pink beak, and pink feet.
Personality[]
Kujack Jack behaves more like an animal than a person. He cannot speak, instead making strange cawing noises. Jack is a very hard Tamagotchi to approach as he tends to run away very quickly. He likes food and sometimes will even eat strange things, such as flowers.
Initially, he was not receptive to Tropicatchi's advances, being frightened by her first attempt at a flashy hairstyle and unmoved by her courtship dance. But after an accident with a hairdryer left Tropicatchi with a charred afro, he approached her with a courtship dance before jumping onto her head, thinking her hair was a nest.
