Lemon Hot Spring is a large cut in half lemon that sits on a hot spring. Their juice flows into the hot spring below. They have dark brown beady eyes and orange lips.

Lemon Hot Spring is a NPC that can be found in Patchi Forest. They are initially toppled over and Benripatchi asks Mametchi to fix them. Once Mametchi collects and brings back 30 lemons and 5 sugar piles, the spring will return to normal.

- The Lemon Hot Spring is involved in a glitch where if the player talks to them before they have all the necessary materials to repair them, the spring will duplicate and the player will be unable to talk them and finish the quest.
