Synopsis[]
Mametchi's class takes a field trip to TAMAX TV where they run into Lovelin who invites them to watch her act in a cooking show. She ends up fainting from working too hard at so many shows and it's up to Mametchi and friends to take her spot!
The Spacey Brothers encounter a tough looking tamagotchi and follow them around fearing that they too, want to take over the world.
Plot[]
Mametchi, Memetchi, and Kuchipatchi excitedly talk about the latest Gotchiman episode at Tamagotchi School and notice that Lovelitchi isn't at school today. Uwasatchi says how suspicious it is that Lovelitchi has only been to school 3 or 4 times since she transferred. The scene cuts to Lovelitchi riding the Lovelin Bus to TAMAX-TV as Manenetchi reads her schedule full of shows to act in. Back at the school, Memetchi feels sorry Lovelitchi is out as today is their field trip to TAMAX-TV and Mametchi and Kuchipatchi express their excitement.
The class arrives at the studio and they proceed to watch various shows being aired. On the way to another show, the girls spot Dreamitchi and rush over to fawn over them. Togetchi and Gozarutchi make fun of them, but then start getting excited over the prospect of seeing Lovelin, which Makiko calls them out on. Makiko then looks for a mirror so she can make her self presentable and very noticeable to a scouting agent. Spacytchi points a mirror out to her and Uwasatchi gets suspicious over his knowledge of the TV station despite it being his first time there. The Spacy Brothers separate from the group to follow a tough looking tamagotchi, thinking that they might have plans to take over Tamagotchi Planet.
The group passes by a room currently airing Gotchiman and they stay in front of it to watch the show. After the filming is done, Lovelin goes to exit the room, but starts to falter and catches herself on a wall. She assures a worried crew member that she is fine and opens the door to her class excited to see her. She calls Mametchi out by name, but Uwasatchi immediately picks up on this and asks how she knows him. Kuromametchi then states that she interacted with him at the race on Tama Street some time ago, throwing off suspicion for now. Lovelin invites the group to the next recording of "Hanging Out for Lovelin" and at the set, Mametchi looks at the script and is surprised to learn how much work Lovelin has to do all by herself. Up on the stage, Lovelin's vision gets blurry and she faints from overexhaustion. ADtchi carries her to her room to rest and TamaPtchi asks the class to stand in for her as they don't have time to look for a replacement. Mametchi says they'll do it for Lovelin and the class scrambles to act in various shows. Chamametchi and Hapihapitchi watch them back at home and cheer them on.
Mametchi, Ringotchi, and Uwasatchi report the news in "Hanging with Lovelin", but the signal moves to the next show after Uwasatchi starts going off script with her own rumors about Dreamitchi and Dazzilitchi. Memetchi and Makiko act as cheerleaders in "Tomorrow's Touchdown" and end up arguing with each other until Turtletchi tells them they're on air. Kuchipatchi and Flowertchi make flower donuts on a cooking show, but Kuchipatchi eats them before Flowertchi could decorate them. Kuromametchi tries to sell a bed on an infomercial with Gozarutchi helping by demonstrating the bed's comfyness. Finally, the last segment has Memetchi, Violetchi, and Flowertchi singing Lovely Day on a stage.
Meanwhile, the Spacytchi follow the tough tamagotchi as they roar out loud, get coffee from a vending machine, and buy bread from a shop. At the shop, the tough tamagotchi takes their head off, revealing that they were just an actor in a costume. He offers the brothers the bread he bought and leaves as they munch on the bread feeling disappointed that he was just a nice guy.
At the end of the day, Lovelitchi is resting at home and Manenetchi apologizes for what had happened. Lovelitchi says not to worry as she's feeling better and is ready to go to work tomorrow. However, her parents are concerned and say that she shouldn't push herself so hard. Lovelitchi reassures them that she will take it easier next time and asks them to let her continue her job which they allow. The next day, Lovelin calls Mametchi to thank everyone for taking over and mentions that TamaPtchi is willing to let them on TV again if the opportunity arises. She then goes on to act in today's shows, impressing Mametchi with her ability to do everything they did yesterday by herself.
