Lovely Melody is a song featured in the Tamagotchi! anime. It is the primary song for the Melody Charm when used.
Performances in Anime[]
Lovely Melody is first heard in "Kyu Kyu~! Invitation to Melody Land / Myu Myu~! The Melody Charm is Born" when Lovelitchi and Melodytchi play with their Melody Charms. When the charm is tapped with the rhythm, it will play the Lovely Melody tune. Doremitchi and Sopratchi love this tune, and it was also the first tune that Mametchi could sing to (the Melody Charm gives Mametchi the temporary power to sing beautifully).
When the Melody Charms were fused into the Tama Profys, the Profys gained the ability to collect Tama Hearts. The process is done by selecting the Melody Charm icon on the Profy and tapping the screen to the beat of Lovely Melody. When done correctly, the Tama Heart will reveal its true form and enter the Profy.
Lovely Melody is also used as background music in the anime, but mostly when a Tama Heart is being collected. It was also used whenever Kizunatchi summoned the Tama Hearts from the Tama Profys.
On Virtual Pets[]
Tamagotchi 4U/4U+[]
On the Tamagotchi 4U and Tamagotchi 4U+, it plays twice when a Tamagotchi packs their stuff in a bag (not during the death sequence) before the growing up montage is played and the Tamagotchi leaves.
Tamagotchi m!x/On/Pix[]
On the Tamagotchi m!x, Tamagotchi On, and Tamagotchi Pix it plays when a Tamagotchi is given a favorite item. It also plays when the Harmonica is played with as a favorite item on the On, and the Snowman is played with as a favorite item on the Pix. On the Party version of the Pix, the song plays when the Gift Game is played during a party.
Tamagotchi Smart[]
On the Tamagotchi Smart the song plays during the Move and Dance minigame. A shortened version plays when the Tamagotchi is given a favorite item.
Tamagotchi Uni[]
On the Tamagotchi Uni, the song usually plays as a shortened version in such animations as when the Tamagotchi is given a favorite item or accessory or sings together with a group of White Tamas. The full version of the song is heard when the Tamagotchi plays with the Djembe Drum.
