Majorite (まじょりて Majorite) is the parent form of Makiko that debuted on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 5. She makes minor appearances in the Tamagotchi! anime.
Name Origin[]
Majorite is a type of garnet mineral found in the mantle of the Earth. Her name could also come from the French word "majorité", meaning "adulthood".
Appearance[]
Majorite's appearance is similar to Makiko. She has lighter, pinker skin, and prominent lips. Her arms and legs are skinny and stick-like. She has four curls, and sparkly eyes with many eyelashes. Her attire consists of a purple dress with a white circle pattern, and a light pink frilly collar. She also wears a pink sunhat, which has a purple ribbon and bow with the same pattern as her dress.
In the anime, her dress and ribbon lack the white circle pattern, and her irises are blue.
Personality[]
Majorite works as a beautician in Tamagotchi Town. She was once married but nobody knows who her divorced husband is. According to her profile on Tamagotchi Channel, Majorite is not her real name, but she asks to be called that; her real name is a mystery.
Majorite is elegant and stylish, and she has a more mature personality than Makiko. She is regularly seen in designer shops and collects hats.

Majorite is usually seen with Makiko at their house, sometimes making appearances in other places. In "A Puzzling Love Message in a Bottle" Majorite runs a contest with Lovelin to see who can be the person who wrote the popular "Time Love" letter. In "It Might Be Good~! Uranaitchi's Divination", she buys Makiko a hot dog hair accessory instead of the one Makiko wanted. However, Makiko gives it a chance after Majorite asks her to and she ends up loving the accessory.
Majorite is revealed to be part of the Mama Friends Club in "Cake and Chitchat! Mama Friend Club", where the main cast's mothers gather together at TamaCafe to gossip and tell stories while eating cake. Majorite tells a story where Makiko used her lipstick and hats without permission which annoyed her. In "Stealth! Heading Out! Princess Lovelin", Majorite plays a Tamagotchi who is sick and needs medicine, worrying Makiko who can't afford it.
