Makimotchi (まきもっち) is a male Tama Pet that debuted on the Tamagotchi P's as a non-raisable character.
Name Origin[]
His name comes from makigai, a Japanese word to mean a spiral shell, combined with Shirimotchi's name.
Appearance[]
Makimotchi looks like a green hermit crab. His shell is yellow with orange sparkles, and he has a light on his head like Shirimotchi's. He has tiny legs, small round eyes, and a yellow mouth.
Personality[]
Makimotchi is very skillful with his claws and can use them to cut designs in paper. All he can say is "Maki".

Makimotchi is a visiting pet on the Tamagotchi Uni. He can be attracted if the Art, Plant Shelf, Hammock, UFO, or Festival Tree decor is left out in the yard.

Makimotchi is featured in Tamagotchi! Yume Kira Dream as Shirimotchi's Tama Pet. He competes in the "Pretty Tama Pet Contest" in "Super Pretty! No.1 Tamapet Competition".

Hoshimakitchi (ほしまきっち) is an orange variant of Makimotchi that appears on the Tamagotchi On. They have many star markings on their shell and they love to travel and go on adventures. They can be adopted if the Magazine, Trunk, or Garden Kit is left outside in the backyard.
