MamaKoppetchi (ママコッペっち), also known as Bakerytchi, is a female parent Tamagotchi. She appears in the Tamagotchi! anime and appears as a non-raisable character on the Tamagotchi iD L.
Name Origin[]
MamaKoppetchi's name contains "Mama", because she is a mother. "Koppe" comes from koppepan (コッペパン), which is Japanese for "sliced bread". In the English dub of the Tamagotchi! anime, her name was changed to Bakerytchi, because she works at the Tama Bakery.
Appearance[]
MamaKoppetchi has light yellow skin and a pink beak. Her eyes are oval-shaped with brown irises and three eyelashes on each side. She has plump cheeks and light orange cheek spots. She wears a white apron with a pocket on the front, and a pink scarf. She also wears a hat shaped like a loaf of bread with frilly trim along the bottom. She often carries a pair of light pink tongs.
Personality[]
MamaKoppetchi is calm and kind. She always works hard for her customers. When she speaks, she often adds "pan" to the ends of her sentences.

Tamagotchi![]
MamaKoppetchi is a minor character in the Tamagotchi! anime. She runs the Tama Bakery and is known for her delicious recipes.
She first appears at the end of "Go Go! Gluttony! Kuchipatchi VS Kuishinbotchi" where Kuishinbotchi goes directly to her after the food eating contest to buy pastries to eat. In "Tama Berry! Mother's Day Cake Pero", Perotchi makes a special Mother's Day cake for her. MamaKoppetchi is touched by her thoughtfulness, and thanks her for the wonderful cake. When Tomomi visits the bakery in "Tama Guinness Challenge-datchi!" she gives her the bakery's supply of chocolate to help her in her task of creating the world's biggest cake.
GO-GO Tamagotchi![]
MamaKoppetchi returns in GO-GO Tamagotchi!. In "Aim! Star of Idols", she is interviewed by Kiraritchi and Yumemitchi.
