Manbunpatchi is named after the words "Man bun", a male hairstyle where the hair is tied up into a bun at the top or back of the head. Despite this, his hair is simply tied together and not curled into a bun.

Manbunpatchi is an muted orange Tamagotchi with a gourd shaped body. He has black beady eyes, buckteeth, and green spiky hair tied up with a red tie.
