The Sūji de Hakken!! Tamagotchi Calculator (数字で発見!!たまごっち電卓 meaning Discovered by Numbers!! Tamagotchi Calculator), also known as the Mechagotchi, is a Tamagotchi accessory released by Bandai in 1997. It is a calculator with built-in Tamagotchi animations.
Function[]
The Mechagotch acts as a standard calculator, but to the left of the numerical screen is a LCD that displays Tamagotchi sprites. While calculating numbers, certain values displayed on the calculator after pressing the equal ("=") symbol can trigger unlocking certain characters or play specific animations. Once a character has been unlocked, the user can press the pink button at the bottom right to freely cycle between them.
