Nikatchi (にかっち) is a female teen-stage Tamagotchi character that debuted on the Keitai Kaitsuu Tamagotchi Plus in Japan and the Tamagotchi Connection Version 2 worldwide. While Nikatchi could be any gender in her initial appearances, she would later be designated as female.
Name Origin[]
Nikatchi's name comes from nika (ニカッ), a Japanese sound effect for smiling.
Appearance[]
Nikatchi is mostly yellow with small green feet and a pointy antenna on her head. She has droopy eyes and always has a huge smile on her face.
Personality[]
Nikatchi is a sensitive type of Tamagotchi. She always has a smile on her face, even through the tough times. She can always be found hanging out with Hinatchi.

Nikatchi is the worst care Tamagotchi in the female teen-stage Kuchi group, and she evolves into Pukatchi with high intelligence points, Sebiretchi with high style/fashion points, or Yattatchi with high social/kindness points.
Tamagotchi Connection Version 4[]
Nikatchi is a female Kuchi teen who can evolve from Mohitamatchi with average care. She evolves into Pukatchi with high intelligence points, Sebiretchi with high style/fashion points, or Yattatchi with high social/kindness points.
She may evolve into Pyonkotchi with a skill point total of 80 or less and good care, Hanatchi with a skill point total of 80 or less and average care, or Masktchi with severe neglect regardless of skill points. She sleeps from 8 PM to 9 AM, and her favorite & least favorite foods are the same as on the Version 3.

Nikatchi makes a cameo when playing the TV Surfing Game as one of the five characters that appear on screen.
