No Boys Allowed! The Princess Day Party (男子はダメよ！ひめまつり Danshi wa dameyo! Hime matsuri) is part one of episode 21 of Tamagotchi!. It is the first appearance of the royal family of Tamagotchi Planet in the anime.
The episode was later rebroadcasted as episode 2 of Tamagotchi! Tamatomo Daishuu GO.
Synopsis[]
Today is Girl's Day. At the Gotchi King's castle, a Girl's Day party is held in which only girls invited by Princess Tamako can participate. But the boys who really want to join the party sneak into the castle!
Plot[]
The episode begins with Memetchi, Makiko, and Flowertchi getting dressed up and ready to ride personal carriages to the Gotchi King's castle. The carriages arrive at the castle carrying girls from Ms. Perfect's class in Tamagotchi School and Lovelin reports to the camera that Princess Tamako had invited all the girls for a girl's only party on Princess day. She goes inside the castle with the camera and Tama Ptchi and ADtchi try to follow her only to get rebuffed by the royal servants who tell them boys are not allowed in. Prince Tamahiko also tries to get in just to meet the princess and the servants respond that not even princes are allowed. While the royal servants are busy with the three, the boys of Ms. Perfect's class sneak to the side of the castle and Mametchi states that not being allowed at the party only makes them want to go more.
In the courtroom, the Gotchi King gives a small speech to the girls and cracks an egg pun which causes him to laugh. The royal servants run up to him and hug him tight, warning him that he might crack himself up. The king continues his speech and points out that superstar Lovelin is here, who thanks him for noticing her. After making another egg pun, he gets told by Princess Tamako that he can't be at the party and the royal servants quickly carry him away.
The princess starts the party by taking the girls into the castle hallways to show them various paintings. As Lovelin reports on the paintings, Uwasatchi talks to Memetchi about how suspicious it is that Lovelitchi wouldn't be at the party. Memetchi makes up an excuse that Lovelitchi was sick and really wanted to go and this is enough convince Uwasatchi who goes off to ask the royal servants about castle secrets. The girls are then shown at the castle balcony enjoying the view. As the Gotchi Queen reassures them that she'll always look after them, the boys are seen scaling the wall using Gozarutchi's rope.
The boys make it to the roof and look down at the courtyard where the girls are dancing. Gozarutchi notes how much fun the girls are having and Kuchipatchi laments that they have a delicious feast to themselves. While the girls enjoy the food, Memetchi points out that if Kuchipatchi were with them all the food would be gone. Princess Tamakoko asks if Kuchipatchi is here and Memetchi responds that he's not because he's a boy. Princess Tamako then asks if everything's okay and Memetchi recounts what had happened this morning: At school, the girls and boys got into an argument over the party. Togetchi said that it isn't fair boys don't get to go and Hinotamatchi angrily says they should be allowed. Ringotchi rebuffs them by saying that they'd only get to go if they were suddenly girls and Debatchi mocks her and tells her how stupid her idea was. The argument ends with both groups intensely staring each other down.
Back in the present, the boys think about how to sneak into the party and are surprised by the sudden appearance of Prince Tamahiko who tells them that dressing girly is the only way to join the party without suspicion. The group eventually agrees to this and the Gotchi King, up above on the rooftop, commends their great idea and suggests that they use the dressing room to find outfits. Kuchipatchi jumps for joy at the prospect of eating the feast, causing the Gotchi King to slide from his throne and crash into the group down below. The boys end up falling through the window into a chandelier which falls down into the pool from the added heavy weight. The girls chastise them for trying to crash the party and the boys look down into the water, feeling disappointed with themselves.
Princess Tamako then laughs and says that the party would be more fun with more tama-friends which the girls agree to. They allow the boys to join which makes them cheer in joy. Prince Tamahiko then pops out from the chandelier and jumps in front of Prince Tamako to propose to her. Lovelin reports on this sudden development and waits for the princess' answer which unfortunately, was a rejection. Prince Tamahiko falls in a hole from shock and the party continues on the balcony with everyone watching the fireworks and enjoying the feast. Down below, TamaPtchi and ADtchi are dressed as girls and are trying to get in the castle, but the royal servants aren't fooled by their disguises.
