No Way! Mametchi Gets a Toothache (まさか！虫歯きんでむしばっち? Masaka! Mushiba kin de mushi batchi?) is part 2 of episode 21 of Tamagotchi!.
It was later rebroadcast as the 2th Tamagotchi! Tamatomo Daishuu GO episode on the April 9, 2015.
Synopsis[]
When Mametchi ate sweets with his friends, his teeth started hurting! Maybe it's a cavity? Scared of going to the dentist, Mametchi does everything in his power to get rid of the cavities himself.
Plot[]
At TamaCafe, Mametchi, Memetchi, and Kuchipatchi are enjoying various sweets. However, after Mametchi takes a bite out of his doughnut he feels a sharp pain in his cheek. His friends and Lovemamalitchi become concerned and Mametchi quickly leaves, saying that he has to go home. On the way back he repeatedly says to himself "No Way!" while ignoring everyone saying hi to him. Once he makes it back home, he immediately runs to his room to work on a device. Chamametchi, Hapihapitchi, and Mamametchi go to his door and ask him if he's okay and he responds back that he's fine.
Mametchi eventually finishes the device which is a wired camera attached to a TV. He explains that it'll allow him to see even the smallest objects and points the camera at his mouth. The TV shows a hole in his tooth which shocks him and a Cavity itself notices the camera and greets him, saying that his tooth is a really nice place to live. Mametchi proceeds to snap the wire camera in two, angry that a cavity has invaded his mouth. He thinks about going to dentist which frightens him so he decides to fix the cavity himself.
In the bathroom, Mametchi takes two toothbrushes with toothpaste and starts aggressively brushing his teeth with both. His family stands at the door, concerned about all the noise he's making, and eventually opens it to ask what he's up to. Mametchi angrily tells them he's busy and Chamametchi excuses them and closes the door. Confused, Papamametchi asks out loud if puberty is making him act this way. Later on, Mametchi is back in his bedroom with a second version of the wire camera, this time attached to a headset on his head. Unfortunately, the TV shows that the Cavity had put up a protective dome on the tooth while Mametchi brushed. Determined to get him out, Mametchi puts a donut on the desk and opens his mouth in front of it. However, the Cavity doesn't take the bait as he already has food stored in the tooth.

As a last resort, Mametchi dresses up as Anpan Detective and interrogates the Cavity, asking why he's in his mouth. They respond that his tooth is a nice home and that they plan on inviting their mother to stay with them, horrifying Mametchi. He starts imagining the Cavity's whole family moving into his tooth, attracting other cavities to build a bustling society in his mouth. Memetchi and Kuchipatchi then appear with a cavity costume, telling Mametchi that his name is now Cavitytchi and that he has to wear the costume. Back in his room, Mametchi breaks down in tears from his imagined future and the pain of his toothache. His family enter the room asking what's wrong. Memetchi and Kuchipatchi also enter the room as they were worried about Mametchi suddenly leaving earlier. Mamametchi asks if Mametchi has a cavity and he nods yes, holding his cheek which is now swollen.

After getting a filling at the dentist, Mametchi happily returns back home and tells Kuchipatchi and Memetchi that he'll never forget to brush. Kuchipatchi agrees that this is a good idea, but Memetchi then asks him if he remembers to brush too. Kuchipatchi nervously says yes and Mametchi and Memetchi head downstairs to eat snacks made by Mamametchi. Kuchipatchi then admits to himself that he doesn't really brush and uses the wired camera to peek in his mouth. The TV shows a Cavity greeting Kuchipatchi, causing him to scream "NOOOOOOOO" in despair.
