Now for the Camera! Pashalin's Birth / Pashalin! Sparkling Debut Tamamori (こんどはカメラが！パシャリン誕生 / パシャリン！キラキラデビューたまもり Kondo ha kamera ga! Pasharin tanjou / Pasharin! Kirakira debyū tama mori) is episode 82 of Tamagotchi!. The episode introduces Pashalin, Moriritchi's childhood camera come to life.
Synopsis[]
One day, when Moriritchi was cleaning up the warehouse she found a toy "Pashalin" that she used to play with when she was little. She missed it and tried play with it, but it seemed to be broken and didn't work. She goes to Mametchi so he can fix it, but something unexpected occurs during the repair. Suddenly, Pashalin became able to speak and she remembered Moriritchi and Anemoriritchi!
Plot[]
As Anemoriritchi helps Shigurehimetchi with a Tamamori purchase, she asks Moriritchi to put some stock away in the basement. Moriritchi heads down there and notices how messy things are so she spends some time organizing the boxes. When she finishes, she notices one more box full of toys from her childhood. Moriritchi then reminisces about the time she played with her camera, Pashalin, setting up scenes with her dolls and taking pictures of them. In the present, she tries to take a picture with Pashalin, only to notice that it's completely unresponsive. Wanting to play with her camera again, she decides to take it to Mametchi so he can fix it.
At Mametchi's house, Memetchi, Kuchipatchi, Lovelitchi, Melodytchi, Doremitchi, and Sopratchi are already there eating cookies. Chamametchi and Hapihapitchi also join them bringing juice boxes to share. While Mametchi works on fixing Pashalin, everyone reminisces about toys that were special to them when they were younger. Mametchi eventually puts the final touches on Pashalin and put them in a machine to finish the repair. Before he can do so, however, Kuchipatchi, Melodytchi, Doremitchi, Sopratchi, and Hapihapitchi fight over the last cookie on the plate. In the chaos, Moriritchi's heart accessory gets knocked into the machine with Pashalin and it turns on.
After the machine runs it course, Pashalin gains appendages and sentience, walking out of the machine on her own. Mametchi is surprised at Pashalin moving, but passes her along to Moriritchi who is happy to have her camera working again. Pashalin then starts talking, shocking everyone in the room. She questions who she is and Telelin helps explain that Pashalin is like her, a device that came to life. She then questions who Moriritchi is, much to Moriritchi's sadness. Moriritchi begs Pashalin to remember her, telling her to think of the memories they made when she was a child. After looking at Moriritchi and remembering when she called her a tama-friend, Pashalin finally remembers who Moriritchi is.
Everyone then heads to the Tamamori Shop so Pashalin can return back home. Anemoriritchi is surprised to see Pashalin alive, but soon becomes angry when Pashalin tries to show an embarassing photo of her to everyone. Anemoriritchi tries to grab Pashalin so she can delete the picture, but is forced to go help a customer. Moriritchi then decides to dress up Pashalin in Tamamori just like she did as a child. After several makeovers, Pashalin offers to take a picture of Moriritchi and her friends. When the picture develops, everyone is amazed by how Pashalin decorated the photo by changing the background and adding stickers.
Pashalin tries to take another photo at everyone's request, but struggles to stand up, falling on her back. Moriritchi becomes worried as Pashalin starts talking in a tired tone and closes her eyes. Telelin states that Pashalin must be running out of power and needs to be charged. Moriritchi responds that Pashalin doesn't have a charger like Telelin and hugs Pashalin close to her, becoming scared of what might happen next. A beeping sound emits from Pashalin and she notes that she feels better when Moriritchi rubs the heart next to her screen. Moriritchi then continues rubbing the heart which fully charges Pashalin and brings her back to normal to everyone's relief.
Later on, Pashalin shows everyone the pictures she had stored in her, including the embarrassing photos of Anemoriritchi which everyone finds shocking. On the shop floor, Anemoriritchi helps Shigurehimetchi again with a Tamamori purchase. The screen then cuts to Anemoriritchi angrily swearing to herself that she'll catch Pashalin and delete those photos of her before anyone can see them.
