One, Two! One, Two! Let's Dance (ワンツーワンツー！レッツダンチュ Wan tsū wan tsū! Rettsudanchu) is part 2 of episode 34 of Tamagotchi!
Synopsis[]
Imotchi and Chamametchi are wowed by the dance team "TAMA6" newly formed by Lovelin. Chamametchi decides to create a dance group of her own, but Imotchi doesn't seem to be enthusiastic about it?
Plot[]
On TV, Shikaitchi introduces Lovelin's new dance team which impresses Chamametchi and Imotchi. Chamametchi suggests that they form their own dance team like Lovelin's, but Imotchi is hesistant they'll find enough people to join their group that can dance good. Chamametchi reassures her that they will after Imotchi continues questioning their success and eventually she gives in.
Later on at Tamagotchi School, Chamametchi recruits the Eco-usatchi Triplets for their dance team. The triplets are excited to join and Chamametchi tells the group about about someone who will teach them how to dance well. The scene changes to Octodogtchi's apartment where the group enters and sees her dancing. Chamametchi explains that Octodogtchi is a skilled dancer who will help them become a great dance team, which leads to Octodogtchi putting on her dance skirt and showing off her dancing to the others.
Octodogtchi begins teaching them dance moves and everyone struggles to follow at first. She encourages them and the Eco-usatchi Triplets and Chamametchi eventually manage to replicate the dance moves. However, Imotchi is unable to do the same and she becomes self conscious on how she's the only one dancing poorly. Even after Octodogtchi tries teaching her one on one, Imotchi becomes too frustrated and abruptly leaves after saying she's no good at dancing.
The next day at school, Chamametchi asks Imotchi why she left yesterday. Imotchi responds that she's not interested in dancing and doesn't want to dance anymore. At lunch time, Chamametchi tries to get Imotchi's attention, but she leaves the room without responding to her. Outside, Imotchi eats her lunch hiding behind a tree and does not come out when Chamametchi and Octodogtchi are looking for her and calling out her name.
After school, Imotchi stands outside Octodogtchi's apartment and listens to everyone practicing their dance movies. She then walks away and dismisses dancing, saying that it is boring. The scene changes to Imotchi at home, sadly looking outside a window. She hears a commotion outside her room and sees Memetchi trying and failing to do somersaults. Imotchi questions why Memetchi keeps trying to do somersaults when she is clearly bad at them and Memetchi retorts that she just started and needs to practice to get good. As Memetchi further explains that sometimes you can't start out being good at something and need to keep practicing to get familiar with it, Imotchi realizes what she needs to do.
Imotchi returns to Octodogtchi's apartment the next morning and asks her for help on learning the dance moves. Octodogtchi is happy to see Imotchi back and obliges, coaching her on how to dance. After some time, Imotchi is able to complete the dance moves and she becomes more confident. Chamametchi and the Eco-usatchi Triplets then come in and are surprised to see her there. Imotchi begins to explain herself, but Chamametchi just responds that she's glad Imotchi is back on the team. Everyone cheers and continues to practice their dance moves.
