Peanuts-kun (ピーナッツっち Pīnattsutchi) is a male adult-stage Tamagotchi who debuted on the Tamagotchi Uni through the PokoPea Land location download. He is based on the Vtuber of the same name.
Name Origin[]
His English name originates from the Vtuber, Peanuts-kun, who resembles a peanut, as well as using the Japanese honorific suffix -kun that is primarily used for boys or young men.
His Japanese name comes from the loan word pīnattsu (ピーナッツ) and the typical suffix -tchi that appears in most Tamagotchi character names, leading to his name essentially translating to "Peanuttchi".
Appearance[]
Peanuts-kun strongly resembles the Vtuber of the same name, having a yellow peanut-shaped head and a pudgy body. He wears a red scarf and white underwear with a blue waist stripe. He has big, oval-shaped eyes with two shiny highlights, a furrowed brow and a red mouth which is usually open.
Personality[]
Peanuts-kun initially had his own web series "Oshare ni Naritai! Peanuts-kun" which detailed his bizarre adventures in the world of Peanutians with his sidekick, Chancho. His goal is stated to become popular and trendy. He eventually began collaborating with other Vtubers, most notably Ponpoko.

Tamagotchi Uni[]
Peanuts-kun is a raisable male adult exclusive to the PokoPea Land DL Area via the Tama Portal in the Tamaverse. He can be obtained from any male teen by feeding the Peanuts-kun Jellies snack the most out of any other DLC content.
Peanuts-kun appears as a NPC in PokoPea Land during the parade animation at PokoPea Monument, where he is seen dressed as Mametchi, as well as at the Okiraku game alongside Ponpoko. Many accessories and items from the DL Area also resemble his visage.
He later appeared as an NPC once again during the "Flush and Poop ♪" Tama Arena event with Ponpoko. After the user completed the game, the two would appear on the dance floor and cheer depending on which team won.
