Petiputchi (ぷちぷっち Puchiputchi) is an adult character that appears exclusively on the Tamagotchi Connection Version 5.

Appearance[]

Petiputchi resembles a small, white ball with half of an egg shell on top, with a small window for the face. They have three hairs on top of the shell, a pair of stubby arms, and a pair of thin legs. The male Petiputchi has a blue shell, while the female has a pink shell and eyelashes. Despite being adults, their size is comparable to that of baby-stage characters.

On Virtual Pets[]

Tamagotchi Connection Version 5[]

Any group of adult characters can all evolve into Petiputchi through neglect. The user must achieve three Care Mistakes by not filling the Hungry meter when emptied (while keeping the Happy meter full) three times. This forms the Petite Family. Petiputchi can revert back to its previous form either by using the "Milk" meal, or by using the item "Magnifying Glass".

Upon marriage, Petiputchi will evolve into Petioyatchi.

Name Origin[]

Their Japanese name is a pun on puchi which means "small" or "petite", and puchipuchi which means "bubble wrap" and may also refer to the sound of the bubbles being popped.

Their English name comes from the word petite, also meaning "small" and originating from the French word petit.
