Pirorirotchi (ぴろりろっち Pirorirotchi) is a male teen-stage Tamagotchi who debuted on the Tamagotchi Osutchi in Japan, and the Tamagotchi Connection Version 3 internationally. His female counterpart is Pirorintchi.
Name Origin[]
Pirorirotchi's name comes from piroriro (ピロリロ), which is Japanese onomatopoeia for a ringing phone.
Appearance[]
Pirorirotchi is blue and has a light on his head, much like an anglerfish. He has an oval-shaped body and has short, stout arms and legs.
Personality[]
Pirorirotchi is brave, tender, and loves to have fun with batteries. He also gets attracted to Gotchigirls while he's dreaming and in real life it is still true! He always acts on his impulses, so he keeps on making mistakes and having bad luck. Everyone keeps telling him to think before he acts, but he says he's just no good at planning ahead!

Pirorirotchi is a TMP2 teen that evolves from Currypantchi from average care or better, and rarely can evolve from Mizutamatchi from below average care. Pirorirotchi evolves into Billotchi from average care or better, though can regress into a TMP1 adult with sufficient neglect or evolve into Sutebotchi through severe neglect - with higher discipline levels increasing the care thresholds.
The amount of discipline and care mistakes Pirorirotchi received as a child will determine his base discipline and whether it takes him 47-48 or 72-73 hours to evolve, and the number of discipline calls he will make depends on his starting discipline - he will only ever make just enough calls to fill the bar completely. He will lose a heart every 60 minutes, sleep from 9 PM to 9 AM, and his base weight is 20g.
Tamagotchi Connection Version 3[]
Pirorirotchi is a gender-neutral teen who appears on odd generations generally through neglect, or from having any level of care with a Tier 4 toddler. It sleeps from 9 PM to 10 AM, likes French Fries and dislikes Parfaits, and has a base weight of 15lb.
Tamagotchi Connection (2024)[]
Pirorirotchi is a gender-neutral teen who appears on odd generations generally through neglect, or from having any level of care with a Tier 4 toddler. It has the same sleep times and favorites/least favorites as the Connection V3; though, the Parfait has been renamed "Sundae". It shares its base weight from the Connection V3.

- Pirorirotchi is quite reminiscent of the deep-sea anglerfish, with his antenna resembling an esca, the bioluminescent bulb typically found on their heads. This is further supported in Pirorirotchi's eating sprite, showing his sharp teeth; though, the resemblance is much less noticeable in his official artwork.
- Pirorirotchi also bears somewhat of a resemblance to the Pikmin species from the titular Nintendo video game series, Pikmin.
