Poptchi (ぽぷっち Poputchi) is a female adult-stage character who debuted on the Tamagotchi Smart in Japan, and internationally on the Tamagotchi Pix Party.
Name Origin[]
Poptchi's name likely comes from her pop-themed fashion, as well as the common use of "to pop" as a defining term for bright colors or an eye-catching style.
Appearance[]
Poptchi resembles a rabbit with wide puffy cheeks, stubby ears, and a straight fringe of hair on her forehead. Her body and blush are hot pink, and her head and arms are light pink. One of her ears has a blue and pink checkerboard pattern, while the other ear is black with blue and pink polka dots. She has a toothy smirk and lidded eyes with prominent eyelashes. Her eyes are light blue with white sparkles inside them.
Personality[]
She presents herself with a pop-themed appearance, and has a good fashion sense. Although she is a Tamagotchi of few words, she is good with conversation when she does speak. Her metaphors are precise and her retorts are laced with spite.

Poptchi is a raisable adult that evolves from any female teen with 2-3 care mistakes. If 4-5 care mistakes were made, she can alternatively be obtained by feeding a female teen 30+ snacks.

Poptchi appears as a NPC exclusive to the Party version of the Tamagotchi Pix. She can be encountered in Explore mode.

Poptchi appears with Tsuyopitchi and Weeptchi as guest characters in the town area. They are only seen in the Japanese version of the app and invite the player to the Tamagotchi Smart website.

Melody Pop is a transformation exclusive to the Sanrio Characters TamaSma Card. Poptchi is wearing a hood that matches My Melody's. She ended up liking this cute style and is going to try making cookies. She is obtained by feeding the My Melody Ice snack to a female Tamagotchi before they evolve into an adult.
Pop Otohimetchi[]
Pop Otohimetchi is a transformation exclusive to the Marine Change TamaSma Card. Poptchi is dressed as the underwater princess Oto-Hime from the the Japanese fairy tale Urashima Tarō. She wears a royal kimono and has a blue ribbon flowing around her. Her ears have also been turned into decorative ribbons. She is a young princess with a fashion sense similar to Poptchi's. The little Sakanatchi that accompany her also appeal to her style.
Nami Poptchi[]
NamiPoptchi is a transformation exclusive to the ONE PIECE Friends TamaSma Card. She is Poptchi after getting close to being as charming Nami from the manga and anime series One Piece. It seems like when she sees any map, she feels the need to color them in a more trendy way...★.
DJ Poptchi[]
DJ Poptchi is a transformation exclusive to the PUI PUI Molcar TamaSma Card. Poptchi is paired with the DJ molcar from the stop motion animated series Pui Pui Molcar. They are the ideal pair and even Poptchi gets motivated by DJ Molcar's sound♪. She hopes to be able to be on stage with him as "MC Poptchi"★.
Pop Pierrotchi[]
Pop Pierrotchi is a transformation exclusive to the Magical Change TamaSma Card. Poptchi is dressed as a clown or jester, wearing a colorful full body outfit with a neck ruffle. She wears a jester hat which resembles her ears and has makeup on her face. It would be so scary to find her smiling like that in a dark place. Could she be talented at making herself look terrifying?
Jessie Poptchi[]
Jessie Poptchi is a transformation exclusive to the Pixar Friends TamaSma Card. Poptchi has flawlessly adopted Jessie from Toy Story's style. She's more active and cheerful than usual. It's a fresh new style! It seems she even started saying "Yee-haw"!

- Before the Tamagotchi Smart was officially revealed, the web site gave clues about featured characters when the egg was clicked. Poptchi's clue was "POP x rabbit".
- Poptchi's change variant on the Marine Change TamaSma Card—Pop Otohimetchi—strongly resembles Otohimetchi, as they are based on the same Japanese folktale.
