Professor Flask (フラスコ先生 Furasuko Sensei), also known as Mr. Flask, is the chemistry teacher at Tamagotchi School. He appears as a non-raisable character on the Tamagotchi iD L 15th Anniversary Version.
Name Origin[]
Professor Flask's name comes from the word "flask", because he has a flask for a head and because he teaches chemistry. Additionally, his name in Chinese is 烧杯老师 (literally "Exploding Cup Teacher").
Appearance[]
Professor Flask has a large beaker filled with green liquid on his head. He has a dark blue head and a light blue face. He also wears a lab coat and a light blue shirt and pink tie underneath. He always appears to be carrying two test tubes, one containing a pink substance and the other blue. In the anime, it's revealed that he actually has thin arms under his lab coat and his hands are just hidden behind the test tubes, hence why they are usually not seen.
Personality[]
Professor Flask seems to have difficulties with chemistry despite him teaching the subject. He enjoys doing experiments on a regular basis, but his experiments always seem to fail. The flask on his head explodes when he is afraid or scared. His students often panic when the flask on his head starts smoking.

Tamagotchi: The Movie[]
Professor Flask makes an appearance when he is teaching the chemistry class. He mixes different substances to make them turn into different colors. However, when he mixes two substances together to create the final mixture it causes an explosion instead, which fills the classroom with smoke. This causes Mametchi to crouch on the floor in fear as he is scared of the dark. As the smoke clears, Professor Flask remarks that he messed up again.
Tamagotchi: Happiest Story in the Universe![]
After Professor Flask causes an explosion while mixing chemicals, Hapihapitchi flies into the classroom to spread happiness to him to cheer him up. When he does it again later in the movie, he hysterically dances saying it isn't a problem because Hapihapitchi will fix it. This, along with other issues, causes Mametchi to tell Hapihapitchi to stop using her happiness powers.
When a magical paper tornado threatens Celebria because of Kikitchi's actions with a magical storybook, Professor Flask is seen at Mamemame Laboratory figuring out how to solve the problem.
Tamagotchi![]
Professor Flask is a minor character. He teaches the lower elementary school science class. In "Telelin! To Tamagotchi School", he appears to have some paranoia about a ghost in the classroom after Telelin accidentally knocks over a skeleton model.
