Risutchi comes from the Japanese word "Risu" (リス), meaning squirrel.
Appearance[]
Risutchi is an orange squirrel with brown and tan markings. They have a round body with a tail that's bigger than themselves. They are smaller than most Tamagotchis, being only half their size.
In the Anime[]

Risutchi appeared in the episode "Welcome Autumn! Akitsugetchi". Mametchi and friends come across him when they hear his stomach growling. He explains that autumn hasn't come to Mt. Tamao yet because Akitsugetchi, a Tamagotchi who has the power to change the season to autumn in the area, hasn't arrived yet. Everyone then spends the episode figuring out how to call Akitsugetchi to the mountain so they can enjoy the autumn sights and Risutchi can eat nuts growing from the trees.
